Again, the terms and conditions are broken down in the contract based on progress with a completion date included. Typically, we require a nominal (10-20%) deposit for materials and the rest of the payments are determined beforehand. Once the work reaches a pre-determined milestone, a progress payment will be made with the final payment due upon project completion.
