The total price and timelines are clearly stated in the contract, which is signed by all parties with copies being provided before breaking ground or starting the project. If changes to price or scope of work become necessary, they will be agreed to in writing by all parties before taking place. We do what we say--when we say!

The terms and conditions are broken down in the contract based on progress with a completion date included. Typically, we require a nominal deposit for materials and the rest of the payments are determined beforehand. Once the work reaches a pre-determined milestone, a progress payment will be made, with the final payment due upon project completion.

Depending on your location and what is being done, a permit might be required or it may not. If a permit is needed for your project, we will obtain the permit, handle all inspections, ensure everything is built to code, and guarantee the project satisfies all legal requirements.
