The budget and a reasonable time frame are stated in the contract, which is signed by all parties with copies being provided before breaking ground or starting the project. includes an 'Act of God' clause. Again, the terms and conditions are broken down in the contract based on progress with a completion date included. Typically, we require a nominal (10-20%) deposit for materials and the rest of the payments are determined beforehand. Once the work reaches a pre-determined milestone, a progress payment will be made with the final payment due upon project completion.
